Moustache Goa Luxuria - Hostel

For an affordable stay, the accommodation felt quite luxurious, and breakfast was good. Norbert, Sunil, Rajendra and Khushboo were helpful whenever I needed something. The common pool area starts playing trance and drum and bass around 11:30am. That’s great if you’re there for the Goan trance or party scene, though it doesn’t make for a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The WiFi can also slow down or cut out sometimes, but that’s understandable for the area.

The staff were professional, polite, and helpful throughout my week here. There’s a pool, bar, restaurant, game zone, and dedicated bike parking. The location is excellent, very close to Vagator Beach, and you can choose between bunker beds and cottages. My bed was clean and comfortable, though the restrooms need a little more attention and maintenance. I’d recommend visiting Goa between November and February, when the weather is ideal for travel and sightseeing.

The staff, especially the cleaning team, were good and helpful. Our cottage sat amid greenery at the end of the property, so it felt private. For the price, the room was good, though it could be better. The balcony and patio were nice, and our larger room had attractive furniture, a couple of chairs, and a table. The bed was decent sized, but the mattress could be improved. Sheets and blankets were clean, and the A/C worked well. The interiors could use better finishing. Loud music by the pool can disturb guests, though I suppose some teenagers enjoy it. Still, my experience was satisfactory.

Vishal at the bar counter was attentive, spoke well, and gave us helpful food and drink suggestions. The hospitality throughout was warm, and every staff member seemed to put real effort into looking after guests. We were there for our honeymoon, and Moustache Goa Luxuria made it feel special, with calm, attractive surroundings and spacious, well-kept rooms. The property was clean and organized, with a premium but cozy feel. There were fun activities too, including cricket nights, birthday celebrations on demand, Valentine’s events, and more. It made the stay feel lively and memorable. The food and overall atmosphere were great, and we left with lovely memories. We’d definitely come back.
