Ozran Heights Beach Resort

Our family had Full Sea view Cottages and Partial Sea View Cottages. The rooms were kept clean and had the amenities we needed, and room service was very good. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the vegetarian food we ordered tasted excellent. The swimming pool made the children happy. We also had a pleasant evening visit to the sea with them, and everyone enjoyed it.

Ozran Heights gave us four lovely days, and the staff made the stay feel special. Mr. Alric and his team were especially cooperative and pleasant, and I’m grateful to everyone at OZRAN for making our visit memorable. The restaurant food was delicious and generous, with cheerful service every time. In our room, fresh fruit arrived daily, the towels were clean, and the bedding was lovely. Room service was fabulous too. The resort delivered what it promised and a lot more. We were impressed by the whole experience.

The room was very dark and poorly lit, and music from a nearby club carried on booming all night, so it wasn’t a relaxing stay. The property itself was clean, well maintained, and fumigated, and the staff were courteous. It’s close to the beach, but sits high up: you have to take the stairs by a nearby restaurant or walk a few blocks to reach the public stairs.

The loud bass from the nearby bars went on until 2-3 am, and you can hear everything, so I’m taking off a star for the noise. Apart from that, these are comfortable, clean little cabins in a beautiful setting, with good AC and amazing views. Half face the sea and are a bit smaller than the others. It’s a short walk down to Vagator beach, the bars, and clubs. There’s a nice spot for breakfast and food, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
