I’ve stayed at this property for more than 21 days across my trips from November to February. Everyone here is amazing, especially Jeffery, who feels like an older brother now. Ganesh and Sonam Kapoor have also been great with their service.

The views were fantastic, and the pictures really don’t do this Goa hotel justice. Our rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The only small problem was the strong, unpleasant smell from the couch in room 202A, which felt unhygienic. The personal care made our stay memorable. We had a late-night flight and asked for packed fried rice. The kitchen was busy with a function, but the gentleman I believe was the owner checked on it and made sure our request was handled. When we asked for cutlery, disposables weren’t available, so he thoughtfully gave us a real spoon. That attention touched us. The service and views made the stay unforgettable, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Goa.

We were four adults, and the property was so good we spent more time there than outside, even after our stay had ended. The owners were friendly, relaxed, and accommodating, and their hospitality made the visit especially memorable. The terrace was a highlight, and we also had fun with the pool and pool table. Restaurant service was prompt and efficient. The place was stunning, with tall glass walls, green views, spotless interiors, and well maintained appliances that all worked perfectly. As a group, we were fully satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

The rates were budget friendly, while the service felt on par with a big chain hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooms were up to the mark. We had a very nice stay, and I’d definitely recommend the place.
