The rooms were small but cosy, and the place was budget friendly. Breakfast was good and the location suited us. I forgot my shoes at checkout. Rakesh Paul from the staff said he'd courier them to my address, with me paying the courier cost. After I reached Pune, he didn't answer my repeated calls. Other staff told me to speak with manager Himanshu, who also promised to send the shoes but didn't, despite several follow-ups. Later, housekeeping said there were no shoes. I tried contacting everyone, but they blocked my number. When my wife called Himanshu, he shouted at her and behaved inappropriately. That's the service we received. They seem like a bunch of thieves who don't know how to run a business.

My scooter and taxis were arranged by the manager and staff, who were attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great balconies and sunset views. A good spot to stay in Vagator.

Rahul and Himanshu gave excellent service, and the welcoming, friendly staff made my solo trip feel worthwhile. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Great value for money and peace of mind, highly recommended 💛 💛

The so-called sea view isn't really a view. The two-bedroom flat had no kitchen, just two cramped rooms, one shared bathroom, a hall, and balconies. For the price, it wasn't worth it.
