My worst experience in Goa. Check-in was delayed by two hours, and the rooms and hotel were filthy. There was barely anyone around to look after the place, and services weren't provided on time. They didn't even provide a basic bottle of water. When I called customer care to complain about the Wi-Fi, they said they couldn't help and that I could check out right then. I would not suggest anyone book this place.

We left after only 10 minutes because the place didn't feel safe, though they made us pay the full amount before we could go. The staff were drunk and rude, and one was smoking inside the room. Management was horrible. They also wouldn't give us the room key, claiming they needed it as “guarantee” for their valuables, which made no sense. We paid and got out as quickly as possible because the people there behaved like gundas. Please avoid Vagator House. Not safe at all.

The rooms are what you'd expect for the price, and the people are very accommodating. It's a convenient place to crash after partying in Vagator. Versus, Hideaway, and other nearby venues are within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here instead of driving around Goa drunk.

The rooms are quite large and nice, with a bed that can fit three people, and there's a pleasant seating area outside. Staff are quite good, and there's free Wi-Fi and hot water around the clock. Parking is available too. The location is easy to reach, with beaches and North Goa nearby. Rates get quite high during peak periods.
