Achuthan sir’s beach house is close to the beach and worked perfectly for our family. The rooms were clean and hygienic, air conditioned, and there’s CCTV for security plus plenty of parking. The property has 3 rooms, a shared kitchen and dining hall, and a good cooking area with utensils, fridge, gas stove and dining space. We made coffee, omelette and toast. Breakfast was included: appam-curry one morning and Idiyappam-curry the next. We stayed 2 nights and had a nice time. I’d recommend it to friends and families.

Achutan Uncle made our stay at Sanam Beach Stay wonderful with his friendly hospitality and care. Although we paid for one room, he let us use the whole house freely, and there were no rigid rules, so we felt at home. He also let us use the BBQ at no charge and helped get the charcoal going himself. He was humble and flexible about our check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend staying here if you want a home-like place with a helpful host.
