Sri Nandha Luxury Comforts

We spent one night here with family in a suite. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the staff were excellent. It was easy to find, with a nice view from the room, and we could walk into town. Booking and check-in were both hassle-free. It turned out to be just what I was looking for.

The price felt fair, and the rooms were the best I’d experienced compared with other hotels. They were tidy, and the location was very quiet. Parking was good too. I was here on a family trip, and the staff were friendly. Selvan speaks Kannada, Tamil, English, and Hindi, so it was easy to get good service. We had to walk about 500 meters for food, but there are some good hotels there. Thank you, Jeevitha, proprietor, and Selvan.

We spent a comfortable day at Sri Nandha Residency, Valparai, without any problems. The room was clean and well kept, and it looked just like the pictures, which gave us confidence in the place. The staff were supportive throughout our stay, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind after sightseeing. It felt like good value for the money, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a neat, reliable place to stay in Valparai.

The staff accused us of damaging the TV, even though it was already damaged when we checked in. They took us to the police station without proof or a proper explanation. Their conduct was unprofessional, with no respect, courtesy, or fair handling of the situation. The whole stay was stressful and unacceptable. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I’d strongly advise avoiding it. There are better and more reliable places.
