Ginger Vapi

The food was delicious and hygienic, with good variety, and both breakfast and dinner were consistently good. I found the room immaculate, with fresh linens and a well kept bathroom, and it felt modern and cozy enough for a restful night's sleep. The staff were polite, professional, quick to respond, and helpful from check-in onward. Ginger Hotel Vapi delivers on clean rooms, good service, and good food. It's a great choice for business trips or quick stopovers. I'll be back.

The room needs more care. The bedsheets and pillow covers weren't properly clean, which was disappointing after paying a premium for Ginger brand. The iron situation was poor too, so I put a towel over the ironing board to avoid getting stains on my white shirt. A steam iron would help. That's why the room gets three stars from me, though the restaurant staff get five. At breakfast, they were friendly and helpful despite the limited kitchen choices due to the gas shortage, which I completely understood. The hotel has a good, well-connected location, but could put a sign by the entrance, which is next to a car showroom and easy to miss. Entry was good, and reception is on the third floor. Both receptionists were polite, friendly, and had a good sense of humor when we chatted about nearby places during my business trip to VAPI.

We used this hotel twice, on the way to Baroda and again on our return. It's right by the highway and worked well as a road trip stop. The restaurant staff were friendly. On the outbound journey we arrived after dinner hours, but they still prepared food for us. The extra pillow was another story: after asking the front desk, we waited nearly half an hour and called at least four times before it arrived. On the return stay, we had no problems.

The hotel has a nice ambience and is a great place for business or family travel. The staff were courteous and cooperative, and Ms Jenelia at the front desk was helpful during my stay.
