ADB Rooms Hotel De Pal Varanasi

I paid an advance of 3700 against 11,100 rs and cancelled the booking one month before the booking date. They still refused to refund it, even after I asked them to deduct the cancellation charges from the advance token money. They behaved badly and rudely told me, “Keep the phone.” Very shameful behavior.

The staff were very polite, and the other services were top notch. There’s parking available, and the hotel is near Kashi Vishwanath temple. The only drawback was room service for dinner. It took about 1.5 hours for a food delivery to arrive.

I stayed from 12 October to 14 October, and choosing this hotel was a huge mistake. The room and bed were in very poor condition, the water was unavailable, there was no kitchen service, and no soap or other amenities. There was no geyser, no ironing service, the TV didn’t work, and WiFi wasn’t available. Nearly everything came with a charge, despite the high room price and service that felt like zero. The staff weren’t helpful. They also seemed to coordinate with an auto-rickshaw driver and set his commission. He charged us 4000 rs, lied, and didn’t take us on the complete tour, while the hotel supported him. The service was horrible. Please don’t book this hotel, especially with family. I’d never recommend it to anyone.

The elevator felt unreliable. It sometimes moved so slowly that we worried it was going to break, and we were scared. In one of the three rooms, the AC remote’s handle was broken, and most of the time there wasn’t a TV remote in the room. The rooms weren’t good either. The service was very bad. They couldn’t even make dosa after three tries, and their food gave me a stomach ache. Aa thuuu hotel.
