Arcadia Hotel

We had booked a bed and breakfast package, but our temple darshan schedule clashed with breakfast hours. A few hours before check-in, we asked if the breakfast portion could be refunded or exchanged for another meal. We made clear we'd pay any extra cost for an alternative if needed. Management refused both options and said something to the effect of, once a rocket is fired, it can't be recalled. I understand that policies exist, but we had asked in advance and were flexible, so a more empathetic response would have been welcome. The experience left us disappointed with the service attitude and the management's willingness to accommodate a genuine concern.

The restaurant meals were delicious, and the staff were polite and attentive. I felt right at home in the pristine executive room, which had stunning views. What a luxurious stay!

The property looks amazing and is very well maintained, and I truly appreciated the superb food. Staff grooming and communication could be improved, since the way people speak affects service and future guests' experience. I mean this as positive feedback, not as an attack on anyone. Training and development around grooming and guest interaction etiquette could make the stay even better.

I booked the lounge for a birthday party, but they didn't have enough staff even for our small group. The food took too long to prepare and serve, and delays messed everything up. I was fully frustrated with the service and management. The worst experience ever.
