Balaji Palace Kashi

Arisha was friendly and supportive, checking that we were comfortable and helping whenever needed. Her hospitality really made a difference. Balaji Palace Kashi was beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and cooperative staff. The whole team handled the arrangements perfectly, and we had a memorable stay. We'd love to come again.

The area outside the hotel is congested, dirty, and messy, so getting around by taxi takes a while. The hotel itself is modern and upscale, with neat, clean rooms and good staff. The restaurant is good too, though the food is a bit expensive. There's a gaushala visit as a bonus. There's also a saree market inside, but I didn't explore it, so I can't comment.

We had a great stay in spacious, well-kept rooms, and the food was good. The staff respond quickly, and the reception team arranged everything, including decorating the room for a birthday. Thanks to them. In the restaurant, ask for the complimentary puri chat with pomegranate, it was really tasty.

The food was so good that I didn't eat out during our two-day stay in March 2026. The in-house restaurant is excellent and has lots of choices, including the popular Banaras specialties. The hotel is large, and we had a deluxe room with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa-cum-bed. It was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The bathroom was impressive too, with a walk-in dressing area, which you don't often find. There's a gowshala in the basement, and the cows are very well cared for. They sell organic products such as ghee and agarbatti, a special touch. We also met Mr. Anurag, the Managing Director, whose hospitality was commendable. Ayush and Anisha at reception were always welcoming, courteous, and helpful. It was a fantastic stay, and I'd definitely love to visit again.
