The place is affordable, comfortable, and has parking, which makes it a good option for a safe family trip. It's conveniently located near Banaras Railway Station. The rooms are very clean, with attached bathrooms and geysers, and the staff are cheerful and efficient. It's run by Singh bandhu, who is also the owner and has an amazing personality. I highly recommend staying here.

The washroom was dirty, and the staff were unprofessional. This is just a house with a few rooms. We booked two days for a total of 8k, and paid 4k for the first night for six people after being promised two rooms the next day. In the morning they refused to give us the second room and told us to leave. It felt like we'd paid 4k just for a few hours. Worst experience, scammer.

Mr Singh, the owner, is a dynamic and very helpful person, and the staff are helpful too. The place is clean and serves good food. It feels safe for family, friends, and colleagues. I highly recommend Banaras residency to people coming to Varanasi. Thanks, Banaras residency.

The owner went out of his way to share links for getting two-wheelers and suggested local dishes along with the best times to visit different places. Both he and the staff really understand hospitality and are so caring. The facilities and service felt great for the price. I'd strongly recommend staying here if you want a place to settle into while exploring this lively city. I'm completely satisfied.
