Classic With Balconybhu IIT Mahamanpuri BLW

I booked Super Collection O Chitaipur, IIT BHU Campus, Varanasi for a three-night business stay, and found it an awful experience. Even small requests took over an hour. There was no room cleaning during my three days and no hot water. They gave us water rods instead of proper bottles, with no complimentary water; guests had to fill containers at a cooler and carry them from the ground floor up to the third. At check-in there was no manager. The staff were drunk and irresponsible, and the boy at the counter seemed untrained and didn't understand basic guest handling. Staff were rude and had no manners, communication, professionalism, or customer service attitude. It felt like guests were doing them a favor by staying there. Sleeping at the railway station would be better. This is an embarrassment to the OYO brand. Strongly not recommended. Never book this hotel.

We reserved three rooms for our family, and the hotel manager confirmed the booking two days before our stay. But when we arrived with everyone, we were told there were no rooms available. The same thing happened at another OYO hotel. It feels like a fraud. Don't fall into this trap, especially when traveling with family.

The rooms are better quality and the staff are good. Be prepared for mosquitoes, though. It also seems more like a couple-friendly hotel that can be booked by the hour.

We had booked two rooms for four people, but the hotel staff said the booking was for only two people and refused to give us rooms for all four. They didn't seem to know about the booking. The rooms were very dirty, the property manager was always unavailable, and there was nobody at the property to help. No support at all. Worst hotel ever.
