This was my second stay, and it was a pleasant, comfortable one. The hotel lives up to its 'BOUTIQUE' identity. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the reception staff were welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, though the linen and bedsheets weren't, which was disappointing. The washroom was hygienic and housekeeping prompt. Breakfast was decent, and I enjoyed the Masala dosa and Idlies, but there were no fresh cold-pressed juices. Shibu, Bublu, and Nitin at the breakfast counter were courteous and checked if I needed anything. Chef Vikas also came over personally to ask about the food. The hotel is well connected to major areas of Varanasi, and I'd love to visit again.

A peaceful, welcoming hotel near the Ghat. We had a good breakfast, served by Shibu, Vishal, and Om prakash. The food Chef Vikas made was delicious.

The caring staff helped us make sense of our itinerary when we hadn't planned it very well. Mr. Pankaj deserves a special mention for regularly checking that we were comfortable and felt safe, both at the hotel and around the city. So cocasa is one of Varanasi's good hotels, a premium place if comfort, ambience, cleanliness, and hygiene matter to you. Beautiful place and people. Five stars from me 👍🏻

Omprakash served freshly made hot breakfast from the buffet with a smile, and was a champ. The breakfast was excellent, and Aman was good too. The staff were super helpful and the hospitality was platinum standard. The hotel is super clean and close to everything. A great place in Varanasi if you want to visit the ghats and perform rituals. Strongly recommend it. Great people 👌👌

It was a decent stay overall, with great food and service. The rooms were clean, though the one we stayed in had an unpleasant smell. My mom's room was perfect. Parking is quite challenging at the hotel's location. Sibu and Aman in the dining area helped us order and pack food.
