Collection O 23139 Natraj Inn

We booked seven rooms for three days, and staying there in summer was horrible. It's 45 °C here, but most of the room ACs weren't working. I asked several times from check-in at noon, and they still didn't work. Some bathrooms also had flushes that wouldn't work. The hotel is very poorly maintained.

We had a good one-night stay at a reasonable price. The rooms and toilets were clean, the staff helpful, and the room AC was cold. We drove there, but the hotel is on a narrow road with no parking, so the staff helped us park in a nearby space. Food market, temples, and ghats are local attractions about a five-minute walk away. The hotel has a lift for elderly guests too. Must-try place.

I’d paid the full amount online for an early check-in on 8th july and arrived around 1 am. The booking was in the hotel’s system, but they still refused to let me stay unless I paid another 500. It felt like they were using the late hour to demand more money, and that kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. They seem to care only about money while using OYO’s name on travel apps, not about providing good service. Keep this in mind before booking here. After I complained, the travel app later refunded the extra amount as credit.

The location is good, but the rooms feel suffocating.
