Divine Destination

The hygiene was unacceptable. We found hair in the food, and they never replaced it or showed genuine concern. Even though free breakfast was included in our booking, nobody told us about dining. Service was appalling throughout. Fans and ACs didn’t work in many rooms. The manager spoke without making basic eye contact, as if addressing thin air. When an issue came up, staff would disappear or deflect responsibility. Instead of fixing anything, they gave us a complaint book and told us to “write to the manager,” which felt like a way to avoid accountability.

I booked a Club Suite Room with Sofa, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food had good variety and was delicious, better than I expected. Courteous, friendly staff were always ready to help, which made the stay even nicer. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a brilliant family stay, even with a toddler. There was milk and everything else we needed, so we didn’t have to worry. The hotel felt safe and comfortable, the staff were humble, and room service was good. Excellent hotel, must stay.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good, which is a pity given the rest of the experience. A fake hotel booking on booking.com (Aura Hotel) led us here. The lady at reception was courteous and the staff helpful. The basic room seemed fine for one night, but after an afternoon of sightseeing we came back to find the hot water wasn’t working, so they moved us. The newer room was more modern, but there were several cockroaches on the walls and in the bathroom, coming through the vent. We’d already seen a few in the corridor on 3/F and thought they might have come in from outside, but it really seemed like an infestation. Older reviews suggest this was a problem over a year ago too. I don’t know if they tried and failed to fix it or ignored it, but I can’t recommend the hotel.
