The staff treated me so badly. I booked a room for New Year and paid in advance, but when I arrived they charged a different amount. The room cost 999, but I paid 2500. At that point, I felt like Banaras wasn't for people from other states, such as Bihar or Jharkhand.
My father was denied a room because he was an hour late, even though he'd paid extra. They asked for more money and gave him a non-AC room despite his payment for AC. The next day, they gave the room to someone else before he had even checked out. When he complained, the manager was rude and used abusive language. It was a horrible experience with horrible staff and no manners. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.
My husband booked through OYO, but the manager was rude and they refused to give us the room when we arrived. We didn't get our money back. The worst experience. Guys, please don't book this place, they are looters.
The facilities were bad, the rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms smelled awful.
We arrived at the address after OYO confirmed our room, but there was no hotel there. The hotel also takes bookings through OYO and then refuses to give guests a room when they show up. OYO doesn't answer calls, and customer service either cuts the call or leaves you with people who can't help. The hotel owner is asking me for an apology in the replies? They should stop running this kind of scam. Don't book through OYO, and definitely don't book this hotel.
