The room was pretty big and spacious, but basic things were missing. They didn't provide towels, and we had to ask for them 10 times. Even locals found the listed location or address quite confusing. Also, the distance to the main

The area felt safe and the hotel is right by the main road, so getting around was easy. There isn't a lift, though, and reaching the rooms means climbing the stairs. They don't have a kitchen, but if you ask, they'll buy food from nearby restaurants and bring it up. Swiggy and zomato are also available and easy to reach. Our stay was neat and quiet, with clean washrooms, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Milan ji and Nirmal ji deserve special thanks for helping us out so much, and they were commendable in responding to anything we asked. Excellent place to stay, and I definitely recommend it for a Varanasi trip.

There was no food service, and the room had no window, so it felt really suffocating. They only served a water bottle, and you have to go out for tea. Very dissatisfied, and I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

We spent four days here and found it a very pleasant stay. The people were kind and attentive, and the hospitality was very good. It also felt safe for women travelling.

Our group of 22 is staying here, and the staff have been the best part of the experience. Milan or nirmal, the dedicated manager, was good, and the rooms are spacious. The main drawback is that basic items like towels and dental kits aren't provided. Still, the staff made the overall stay good.
