We booked through Make My Trip, but the owner said no booking had come through. Check-in was supposed to be at 12 o'clock, yet we only got in at 4 o'clock. The room wasn’t the one we chose from the pictures and was in very bad condition. There was no hot water from the gas cylinder, no TV, and the service was poor. It’s not what it looks like, so please avoid it and don’t spoil your trip by staying here.

We had a terrible time here. The service and behavior were bad, and we suffered through not getting the room we’d booked, no hot water in the shower, no TV, and no room service. I’d tell people to avoid this hotel because staying here can bring a lot of trouble to your trip.

I regretted booking as soon as I arrived. The lobby smelled of mildew, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and check-in dragged on. The room was just as bad, with dirty sheets, a broken AC, and stains on the walls. The bathroom was disgusting, moldy, with barely any water pressure, and the towels looked as though they hadn’t been washed in weeks. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Save yourself the nightmare and book anywhere else. This place should be shut down.

After we paid in advance and booked through booking dot com, the guest house said no room had been booked there.
