Getting around from here was inconvenient, and the location wasn't ideal. The rooms, though, were fantastic and really clean, so we were comfortable. Service was pretty good, with helpful staff. 😔

The lift was unreliable or unavailable when needed, which was a real hassle with luggage or on higher floors. Facilities are very limited, with no proper entertainment setup or decent amenities, and the place feels neglected. For what they charge, the rooms should be cleaner and basic upkeep should be handled. It felt overpriced and uncomfortable, a complete waste of money for me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting comfort or value.

The hotel's location is its one good point, within walking distance of a Ghat and Temple. The online photos are very old and don't show how poor the place is now. There's no maintenance or service. A pipe leak sent water pouring through the wall, and the rooms were dirty and covered in gutkha stains. Sheets, pillowcases, and blankets were unhygienic too. Horrible stay, and I would never recommend it.

Our flight was cancelled, so we booked this in an emergency, but I'd say avoid it even then. The staff behaved terribly, and the dusty, dirty blankets were awful. When I asked for an extra white bedsheet, they said they were all in use, until I showed them money. I was charged 150 for an extra blanket. The rooms were noisy all night because they're near the main street. It was a terrible last day and left us with a bad feeling about kashi.
