We chose this place after seeing the good reviews, but the stay was a huge disappointment. We booked four days ahead and paid ₹2000, yet the room wasn’t clean. There was hair from previous guests on the washroom floor, which felt really unhygienic, and the room hadn’t been properly prepared even though they knew we were arriving. The staff weren’t very friendly or professional, and the management seemed careless. The whole place felt like child’s play. One night we came back to find there was no water at all. After complaining several times, they eventually gave us just a bucket of water. That’s unacceptable. It was a really bad experience, with poor cleanliness, missing basic facilities, and unprofessional management. Stay at your own risk.

The location was perfect, and I loved the beautiful rooms and wonderful terrace. The staff were humble and the hospitality was fabulous, so it had everything I could ask for in banaras. My only concern was the hot water, which wasn’t warm enough for a bath in the cold weather. Everything else was perfect.

Ganesh at reception was always available, helpful, and guided us through everything we needed as newcomers to the place. The room was just as shown in the picture, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean, with hot water available 24 /7. We were extremely happy with the stay and service at Hotel Geet… A good place for families. Thanks to the Geet palace team.

I visited the hotel "GEET PALACE " at piplani katra, and it was amazing 😍🤩. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and just as aesthetic as in the image. The assistant was nice, and the facilities and service were very good. I personally recommend this hotel. It should be a 5 star hotel 👍❤️ Thank you ⭐

KAAL BHAIRAV MANDIR and KASHI VISHWANATH TEMPLE are nearly about 1.5 KM from the hotel. The location is convenient, the room and beds were comfortable, and the hospitality and service were good.
