The ambience was nice, and the food tasted good. We had crispy pepper mushroom, cream of mushroom soup, daal khichdi, and masala papad. Service took a little longer than expected. It’s a popular restaurant along DLW road.

Prem Shankar was our main contact and responded quickly whenever we had a query. We were a group of 16 and stayed for two nights, from 13-15 Dec. The hotel is on the main road, close to Benaras Railway station, and within 5-6 km of the well-known temples, including Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, parking was available, and the food selection was good without repeating buffet items. Room service and housekeeping were quick to respond, and helped us shape our itinerary. Our premium rooms were roomy, with plenty of open space that felt luxurious. Some of the furniture could use renovation, and we were told a plan was in the pipeline. The lift looks old and could do with work, though we had no trouble using it.

The staff were polite and efficient, and handled our group’s needs well. Cleanliness and service stayed at a good standard throughout. Our room was spacious, tidy, and laid out thoughtfully, making it a comfortable place to return to after long travel days. The stay went smoothly, and I’d be happy to choose Hotel Madhuvan Palace again.

I attended an engagement ceremony at hotel madhuvan palace. The food and decorations were nice, and the setting and ambience were great. Staff were kind and friendly. My only drawback was the booking price.

The food is good, and there’s plenty of parking. When the hotel’s banquet is full, though, the lot gets overcrowded. You can park on the road, but that doesn’t feel safe.
