The quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax, and my room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the dining options, with a nice variety and an especially good breakfast buffet. Shoeb Ji welcomed me warmly when I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and the service felt friendly and professional. The location was convenient for getting to nearby attractions and transport. I had a wonderful stay, would happily return, and recommend it to anyone after a pleasant, comfortable hotel.

At Super OYO Flagship B.G.P.G House, I found the rates affordable and the overall service excellent. Check-in was quick, and the staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had all the basic amenities. The location gives easy access to main roads and local attractions. It felt safe and comfortable for families too. I’d recommend it for a pleasant, budget-friendly stay in the city.

The room was in very bad condition, and the service company OYO behaved very badly. Guys, don’t ever go to this hotel, and don’t pay in advance.

We had a terrible experience. Even though we’d booked in advance, they kept us waiting for 2.5 hours. They don’t tell you to cancel while a refund is still possible. Once that period expires, staff lie about misbehavior and tell you to cancel. This has happened many times, and we were forced to change our hotel choice. The staff were very rude, the service was just as bad, and the rooms were in poor condition. Don’t trust the room photos. At this price, it’s the worst hotel I’ve seen. There’s no hygiene or cleanliness, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, whether alone or with family.
