I was in Varanasi for two days and booked through Make My Trip. The booking itself went smoothly, but at check-in there was confusion about an extra sheet that had been added during booking, and I was surprised to be charged extra for it. Staff weren't clear about the booking details. The facilities were decent for the price, but similar places in the same price range offer better service, so it was hard to feel I got full value. Room cleaning didn't happen during the two days, which was disappointing. Room service was limited during the day, and cleanliness and safety measures seemed average overall. I'd keep this as a last-choice hotel. My rating would be 2.5/5.

I was impressed by the quality of the equipment and how professional the staff were. The hotel also had excellent facilities, and I made good use of them during my stay. At Hotel Parque Inn, the attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent dining options all exceeded my expectations. It was an exceptional experience.

At this price, I'd say it's a good stay. The location works well: you can get transport to the hotel at any time, and though it's off the main road, it's just 10 steps away and reachable. The room was very good, with a tea and coffee maker, but bring your own ingredients since the hotel doesn't provide them. Food quality at the in-house restaurant was good, though the menu had limited choices. They seemed more ready to serve sandwiches than burgers and other items. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; it was usually bread and butter, a sandwich, or aalu paratha with curd. Some tariff plans include breakfast for free. Food can take a long time, so don't expect a quick meal or breakfast before 8:30 AM. Room service was excellent. The hotel's MD, Sharma ji, was very polite, and Manager Pradeeep singh was always willing to help in any situation. If you want a good hotel for very little money, this is an option.
