The staff made my stay at Hotel Sri Balaji in Varanasi especially enjoyable. They were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The property was very clean and well maintained, from the rooms to the shared areas, and it really felt like a three-star hotel. I loved staying here and would choose it again on a future visit to Varanasi. Highly recommended!

The friendly, responsive staff were always ready to help, and housekeeping kept the room tidy. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained for a short stay, with air conditioning, clean bedding, and hot water. Hotel Sri Balaji sits in the busy Golghar area, handy for getting around and reaching markets and attractions. It offered good value for the location and facilities, though the modern amenities could be improved. A reliable, pleasant option in Varanasi, I'd give it 4 out of 5.

We paid around 5k and had a poor stay, so I'd look elsewhere at this price. The rooms are smaller than they look in the listing, and room service wasn't good. I had to ask three times for a towel. The room equipment was cheap, including a kettle that only worked if you pushed it down hard, and the room and bathroom mostly had low-cost items. The owner, pradeep, is at the front desk. You can make your own decision.

Everything was well organized, and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms felt cozy and were beautifully kept, giving the place a home-away-from-home feel. A comfortable, relaxing stay 💫

The hotel was comfortable and close to Kalabhairava temple and other temples, but the restaurant service was very poor. Nobody came over when I entered, and after ordering, I had to wait at least half an hour for the food.
