We spent three nights here, and the rooms were excellent. The food was the best part, every dish tasted great. Sampada, Aditi, and Upendra were consistently warm and welcoming, and they were really friendly and suggested lots of places to visit. The hotel can also arrange Kashi experiences, including Subah-e-Banaras, a private boat, and Kathak in the evenings. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back.

The evening boat ride the hotel arranged for free was a real highlight. It was calm, well organized, and there was no rushing around. Everyone we met, from the security and restaurant teams to the rest of the staff, was warm and welcoming. Pritamji was especially kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay at Hotel Justa Varanasi. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel that works well for families and kids, though it may be less convenient for elderly guests. The staff did a lot to keep us comfortable despite a few challenges. I’d happily come back, and it gets a full thumbs up and five stars from me.

The hotel sits in a quiet area that's still easy to reach, and the breakfast was delicious. Sathyam, Binod, Ashok, Pritam, and Gaurav made sure my mom and I could get around Kashi and see the important places. They took great care of us throughout our pleasant stay. We'll be back.
