Bhaiyaa, the owner, helped us plan our itinerary and guided us on everything from food spots to darshan tips. He was like ChatGPT for Kashi 🙏🏼. The location is hassle-free and only 3 km from the main temple, and they also provided food in house. Namah Inn feels like more than four walls and a room: it was a very comfortable, affordable stay, with a friendly owner and staff. An excellent experience, and I’ve recommended it to family and friends.

I’ve stayed at Namaha Inn twice now, and it really feels like home in Banaras. The owner is kind, generous, and knowledgeable, and checks in on guests during the day. Vinod, the caretaker, is warm and attentive too. Our room was clean and hygienic, a good fit for solo or couple travellers. The top-floor rooms have access to a shared terrace where you can sit and relax. The neighborhood feels safe and peaceful. Assi Ghat is a short walk away, and Dashashwamedh Ghat, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, shops, restaurants, and the main market are well connected. It’s a budget-friendly place I’d genuinely recommend for a comfortable, welcoming stay with easy access around the city.

Namah Inn in Ravindrapuri gave us the peaceful, quiet stay we were hoping for while keeping everything accessible. It’s tucked away from the noisy main road traffic, yet Assi Ghat is just a quick 2-3 minute walk drive away. Our stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

Mr Gopesh was the highlight for me. Before booking, I called to ask about wardrobes because I needed space for extra luggage and couldn’t tell from the photos. He explained that only some rooms had them, then gave me one with a wardrobe. I’d done some research and had a rough itinerary, but he suggested underrated places I didn’t know about and good eateries away from the usual Insta and YouTube spots. I ran out of time on this short trip, but anyone coming to Benaras without a plan could talk to him for an itinerary that suits them. We also talked about spirituality and other things, and I learned a lot that added to my visit. I only wish I’d had more time to chat with such a knowledgeable person. The location worked well for getting around. The property is about a 50 metre walk from the main road, where transport is easy to find, and roughly 1.2-1.5 km from Assi Ghat. Durga Mata Mandir, Sankat Mochan Mandir, Mani Mandir, Tulsi Manas Mandir, and other major temples are within 2 km. We were two brothers staying three nights, and the hotel suited us very well. We had a Deluxe room that was decent, though it could have been a little larger; I know room size is subjective. Toiletries, towels, blankets, and a complimentary bottle of water were provided. There was an electric kettle and geyser, which was a relief in Varanasi’s chilly winter. One request for people staying here: Bhaiya told me that 60-70% of guests are foreign nationals, and he appreciates their politeness, cleanliness, and discipline. He said a small percentage of Indian tourists ignore the rules and do things that cause trouble for him and his staff and reflect badly on our country. Please avoid that kind of behaviour, especially in a holy place. This was a really pleasant three-night stay at Namah Inn. Booking in Varanasi can be tricky because some hotels are down lanes that autos and cabs won’t enter, so I was glad this one is close to the main road. Long review, and most importantly, not a paid one. Har Har Mahadev!

The room was very clean, the food was delicious, and service was quick. The owner was polite and respectful, as were the staff, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My wife and I arrived at 9:00am, and they let us check in early. It’s comfortable and good quality for an affordable price. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it. Har Har Mahadev.
