I booked Siddhartha hotel for my family. When they arrived on 24 Oct 2018, the rooms weren't clean and proper amenities weren't provided. There wasn't even a proper reception to help them. The service was the worst, better to stay away.

The paid food at the restaurant was worth the two stars, and the swimming pool was really nice for spending some leisure time. The rest felt like a nightmare: the woodwork, taps, and flush all seemed broken or close to falling apart.

We paid 25000 for five rooms, but the room facilities and breakfast were poor, and it didn't feel worth that amount. My experience wasn't good. I wouldn't suggest this hotel for families.

The service was good, and the hotel felt comfortable. That's the best part of it.

The drinks and food were a little pricey, but it was a good place to hang out. The staff were nice.
