OYO 16610 Hotel Shri Ram International

The hotel is on the Kashi Vishwanath Gate 4 Corridor, about a three-minute walk from Godowlia Chowk. It's clean and well maintained, reasonably priced, and has its own restaurant. The room was quite small, with little space for a strolley suitcase or moving around. Its east-facing window looked onto the road and let in morning sun. The bed was comfortable, with a soft, warm blanket and white cover. The room was very clean, though the only complimentary toiletry was a mini soap. The medium-sized toilet was clean, but the washbasin was tiny and there was no shelf for toiletries. There's a geyser, but the control is at reception. They switch it on in the mornings or whenever you ask. The restaurant food was quite good, service was prompt, and filtered drinking water was available. Recommended!

Hotel Shri Ram International works well if being close to Varanasi's temples, ghats, and markets is what matters most. If you're fine with small rooms, basic amenities, and some compromises on comfort, it's a decent choice. I might find it lacking compared with some nicer hotels in Varanasi if I wanted more space, spotless rooms, or a more luxurious stay for the money.

My stay was very bad. The staff had no manners when they spoke to us, and their behavior was awful. They lied a lot and demanded extra money after the stay.

I come here regularly and find the room prices okay. All the basic facilities are there, and the in-house restaurant is good. The location is very nice, close to the "Baba Viswanath Temple" and near Nandi Chowk. I'm suffering from polio, and the staff and management have been very helpful to me. The staff are nice and helpful.
