The manager was extremely annoying and disrespectful, with no people skills, and I couldn't expect any cooperation from him. The hotel feels pathetic for the prices, which seem to promise a 5-star stay. The room phones didn't work, the AC had no remote, and mosquitoes could keep you up all night. They seemed to say no to everything. Just look at the notices at reception, haha.

During our recent Dussehra trip to Varanasi, we were pleasantly surprised by how good the stay was. The rooms were tidy and well cared for, and the staff were courteous and professional. Kudos to the team. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The rooms had awesome facilities, and the staff were really nice. They clearly make keeping customers happy a priority. We also liked the food and service, and the location was perfect.

From outside, the hotel looks beautiful, and its simple, classic style gives it charm. It could take better care of guests by giving taxi drivers a place to rest and get more gas.
