The staff were kind and helpful and treated us like family. The rooms were decently clean, and the hotel is in a residential area near the main road, which is nice. Still, the streets are quite empty and might feel intimidating late in the evening or at night. The owner lives in the same building, with two floors set aside for guests. The rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures. Housekeeping comes around 11, which felt late, and they don't have spare keys, so they couldn't clean while we were out. A schoolboy does the sweeping and mopping, which made us uncomfortable. The in-house cutlery was also quite dirty and stained, like it hadn't been washed properly. OYO offers free breakfast for an extra charge when booking, but there's no kitchen or seating, so they don't provide it. They can arrange food when needed at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend the place if you're on a budget. Thank you!

The locality is very good, in Sri ram nagar colony. It's a large house rather than a commercial building, with the owner living on the first or second floor and the ground floor set up as the hotel. The rooms are very spacious.

The room was good, but the service needs improvement. People checking in at 5:00am are hoping to get some rest, yet the staff want the money first. If someone has booked a room for their family, are they really going to leave without paying, or be able to check out without paying?

I had a wonderful experience booking this place for my relatives. The rooms were spacious, with great room service and amenities, and the front desk manager was friendly. They arranged good food, cabs, and a local guide for my guests. Nice service, and a place to book if you're planning a visit to varanasi.

It isn't a fancy hotel, but it feels homely and peaceful. There's proper parking if you need it, and it's a perfect base for exploring Kashi.
