I left the hotel the next day because the room was uncomfortable. It had very poor ventilation and a persistent bad smell. For an extra bed, they put only a mattress on the floor, which wasn't satisfactory. The property needs to improve its basic facilities and hygiene.

The stay was otherwise good, but the room you get depends on what you book. A 2X Classic room is good; paying extra for a 3X Deluxe room may still get you a small room that isn't the size you expected. OYO customer support didn't help in time. Reception set the AC to 24°C, so I couldn't adjust it to my needs.

The service was good, and I stayed here with my family, six of us in two rooms. The rooms were decent, though quite small. Three people in one would feel cramped.

The service was really frustrating, and even adjusting the temperature was a hassle because there was no AC remote in the room. You had to go three floors down for it. The hotel also looked totally different from the pictures online. This was not what I expected from OYO, and there were plenty of other drawbacks. I’d tell people to avoid booking it.

The staff were cooperative and the location was good. My stay was pleasant and the rooms were clean, though service took a little while.
