The food was healthy, hygienic, and delicious, and made the stay feel even more like home. We came as a family of six, with children and senior citizens, and felt well cared for. The hosting family was thoughtful and supportive, especially with the kids, and Rahul deserves a big thanks for helping us with every request throughout our stay. Ratnakar Bhawan (Heritage Homestay) was a peaceful, authentic, family friendly place in Varanasi. We left with great memories and would highly recommend it.

The women of the house served authentic food with so much warmth and care. It was a lovely homestay experience, with comfortable rooms and good service. Shivala ghat is very close by.

We enjoyed three nights with the Ratnakar Family. The place has a rich heritage and history, and the hospitality was great. Archana ji is an excellent host, and the amenities felt like those of a four star hotel, with the warmth of home.

This is a good budget stay in a perfect spot in Varanasi. The family were lovely and made us feel at ease, going out of their way to tell us about nearby attractions. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, authentic, and really tasty. We also had a private outdoor area with the family's potted plants, which was a nice place to sit in the evening with a drink. The rooms had good air conditioning and showers, and the beds were comfortable.
