The high price made the poor service even more disappointing. Several food items listed on the menu weren’t available. At first glance the room looks luxurious, but it’s badly maintained: the bedsheets were dirty, the switchboards didn’t work, the cupboards were unusable, and no towels or bathroom toiletries were provided. Hot water was unreliable, and the taps, mirrors, and even windows were in poor condition. It was a terrible experience. Research carefully and inspect the room before booking.

Our group waited for hours for snacks and food, which was embarrassing for the organisers. The food quality and service were among the worst we’ve faced. We won’t visit again.

The owner is polite and sociable, and the staff behaved very well. It’s a good place to stay.

There was garbage around because the hotel wasn’t being cleaned, and the washroom wasn’t properly clean either. The facilities are very poor and the staff’s behaviour wasn’t good. I’d say don’t stay here.

The room, grounds, and swimming pool area are all unmaintained. The flooding is third class too.
