The room was filthy: gutka had been spat across the walls, the cupboard was broken, and the outside area smelled awful. The facilities and staff get 0/10 from me. The AC wasn't working, and the receptionist told us to wait while they called an electrician. Even after the electrician couldn't fix it, the staff member asked us to wait longer or check out, without apologizing. We'd paid the full amount in advance and had only been there about an hour, so we asked for our money back. He refused. After a two-hour argument, we got just Rs 200 back from the Rs 4000 charged for that room. Their treatment of us was pathetic, and I never want to go through it again.

The rooms are dirty and unhygienic, yet the charges are like those at a 3-4 star hotel. This place wouldn't even make 0.5 star. The staff are arrogant and won't listen to customers. They're ready to argue until midnight. The woman at reception seemed like a local goon and argued with us for 4-5 hours. Only take a room here at your own risk.

I was absolutely sickened by the rooms and conditions. The online photos don't show how bad it really is, so don't fall for them. This modern-day scam is a 'guest house' in name only.
