The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the room was a decent size and comfortable. The location is peaceful, in a residential neighborhood, about 3-4 km from the main temple. But the price didn't make sense for the property. I booked through MakeMyTrip and paid around ₹26,000 for three rooms for two nights. On check-in day, the rate was only around ₹2,500 per room, so I ended up paying roughly ₹12-13k extra. At that price, there are better hotels with stronger services elsewhere. There isn't a restaurant on site, so you have to rely on Zomato or Swiggy for food. Cleanliness was another issue: the bedsheets and pillows had stains and didn't look properly clean even after washing. My ratings: location 7/10, room size 7/10, cleanliness 6/10, amenities 6/10, staff 9/10, food 4/10, budget value 2/10. It was decent for location and staff, but not worth what I paid. I'd only recommend it at a much lower rate.

The Urban Villa is in a quiet residential area, so we got a peaceful night's sleep away from the usual city noise. The staff were very polite and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. It's a clean, budget-friendly place for a relaxing stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. Staff were very friendly with us. It seems like a very good hotel for couples and families, so you can definitely choose it for a couple or family trip.

There’s no restaurant in the hotel, so food has to come from outside. Swiggy and Zomato were what kept me from going hungry. The bigger problem was the bill: I called before arriving and booked a few days at an agreed price, but at checkout they demanded twice that amount and argued they couldn’t charge less. It felt like a scam. For this price, other hotels offer better amenities and service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
