Treebo Golden Kashi

The room was clean and good, and the washroom was fine too. But we stayed for three days and breakfast was never ready on time, even by 9:00 AM. Staff were often unavailable or still asleep around 8:00 AM, and room service took a long time even after we called. They also didn’t provide basics like tea or coffee bags, toothpaste, or a toothbrush, which we’d had at other Treebo hotels. The location was another problem: there are mostly non-vegetarian places nearby, and no good restaurants within 2 km. Poor service and location made the stay disappointing.

Treebo Golden Kashi was a comfortable place to stay. Our deluxe room was spacious enough to relax in, clean, and well kept. The bed was comfortable, the basic amenities were there, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s a pleasant, budget friendly option in Varanasi.

This stay wasn’t worth the money. The room was dirty, with stained bedsheets, and houseflies inside made it uncomfortable. Room service was very poor, and the breakfast was bad too. The same person seemed to be doing the room cleaning and handing out food, which didn’t feel hygienic. A disappointing experience. Please avoid this hotel.

The stay was uncomfortable from check-in to checkout, and we’d never recommend this hotel. Our first room had a broken AC. After we complained, we were moved to one with a clear window and a tiny curtain that gave us no privacy. Staff kept knocking on our door, which was really disturbing. Poor maintenance, no privacy, and constant interruptions ruined the visit. It was our worst hotel stay.
