At ₹1400 per night for three adults, my two-night stay came to 2800, which kept the trip affordable and left more room for activities. The property is a few steps from the railway station, and my train arrived at 1 AM. Check-in was hassle-free, so I avoided expensive midnight auto fares. Varkala Cliff is nearby, and there are lots of bike rentals around. I'd book rooms, bike rentals, and adventure activities ahead to avoid last-minute trouble. My room was compact but clean, and the bathroom was well maintained. It's a good budget option. The ceiling is low, so watch out when changing clothes or your hands could hit the fan. Don't climb on the bed. I didn't get hot water during my stay, which may be a drawback for some.

The place felt safe, and the toiletries they provided were good quality. It's very close to the station, just a few steps to catch a train, which was the main thing in its favor. Still, my experience wasn't that good, and I hope they improve it. The rooms and bathroom were tiny, and the room felt dingy. There's so little clearance between floor and ceiling that you could hit the ceiling fan with a raised hand while changing your shirt. The power cuts at night and in the morning were insane.

Before booking, I contacted them and was told four people could stay in one room. But when the booking was nearly finished, they said in chat that only three could stay in a room and that they'd send a QR code for payment along with the room details. The service boy's behavior was disgraceful. Very bad service. 👎🏼

It's convenient being near the railway station, but the room conditions were unhygienic. Even drinking water wasn't free, and room service was only okay. I'd look at another hotel.
