Coral Cove Beach Resort

We paid 4K for an AC Deluxe room, but had to ask for every basic item. There was no water bottle, blanket, towel or soap. Power went out in the middle of the night, and nobody came to check on us. Other buildings still had electricity. No one answered the phone in an emergency, and a staff member only turned the main switch back on at 8:30 in the morning. I can't tell if the power was shut off intentionally.

The new section is beautifully built, clean, and the whole property seems well maintained. But the two caretakers made our stay miserable. They were rude and uncooperative, charged us to use the kitchen and utensils, and wouldn't give us blankets, saying it was a new property. Instead, they handed us bedsheets. They even made us carry the extra mattress ourselves from the gate. The owner needs to look into this.

We arrived late, around 11:30 pm, and they still had the room ready for us. It was clean and peaceful, and the staff were helpful. There's a kitchen for cooking your own meals, LED lighting, and parking for four cars.

The resort grounds were very dirty, and the management handled everything badly. When I arrived after booking through a reputable app, the receptionist said someone else had made the resort's profile and that they weren't responsible. Five or six other customers were having the same problem after booking through different well-known apps. The receptionist shouted at everyone and said we'd lose our money. I've never run into this before. Don't book here, you could lose your money and they won't take responsibility.
