Hotel Highway Hari

There’s plenty of parking, which is handy when you’re traveling the highway. I found the atmosphere peaceful, with a slightly luxurious feel, and the surroundings were clean and cared for. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and have the basics you need for a comfortable stay, so it seems suitable for families and other travelers. Staff were polite, attentive, and quick to help, which made the visit pleasant. They offer a wide range of freshly prepared vegetarian food, and it was flavorful. Prices are a little high, but I thought the quality and taste made them worthwhile. A calm place to stay, with good food and comfortable rooms.

The booking confusion made the whole visit stressful. We had a confirmed reservation through Agoda, but staff called to say they didn't accept Agoda bookings because of legal issues with the platform. They said they had no record of our booking and weren't doing business with Agoda. After several internal discussions, they eventually let us stay, but imposed a checkout before 10 AM, which felt unfair. We arrived around 12:30 AM, and the receptionist and supervisor or manager were rude instead of helpful. Their manner felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. The experience was chaotic and poorly managed, with no proper communication or basic courtesy. I wouldn't recommend this property.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, with lots of vegetarian and continental choices. Room service was quick, too. The staff were extremely courteous and made us feel at home, and our room was clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay.

The rooms looked so beautiful, I was like, wow, and just wanted to relax there. We tried the food and it was awesome. Those chocolate room shakes were so good, man, I loved them. I also saw that they organize parties there.
