The rooms look lovely, and the staff are friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Mr Rajesh, the F and B Manager, and Ms Kalaniithi, the Front Office Desk Manager, are especially good and helpful; they're real assets to the company. Breakfast is complimentary and good, but service is only average: clearing plates and keeping the food and plates replenished could be better. Cleaning up ordered food through room service was poor, apparently because the hotel is understaffed. Cooling on the first floor, in the restaurant, and in the lift was poor or just average.

Breakfast was a highlight: the complimentary spread had plenty of South Indian dishes, and the food was satisfying and well prepared. The hotel is also very close to the church, which makes it convenient for visitors and pilgrims. Rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable for a short stay. Service needs attention, though. Staff were polite, but housekeeping and reception took much longer than expected to respond, and check-in and checkout could be quicker. Parking is available but may get crowded at peak times. Basic amenities are there, though some areas could be maintained better. A decent stay for the location and comfort, with service quality still needing improvement.

The rooms were okay, though the geyser needed fixing and they sent someone to repair it. There was a snack bar, church-view rooms, and open parking next door. It's near sebastin church, but the main church is still a little way off. Mary View Suites is right next door and is a better hotel. Apart from that, this was a decent stay without anything outstanding.

We came as a joint family over Christmas 2025 and had a really satisfying two-day stay at clinton park inn, velankanni. Mrs. Kalanithy and her team kept us comfortable throughout. Check-in and checkout were hassle-free, and they placed two deluxe rooms and one suite close together so the kids could go between our room and their grandparents' rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable, housekeeping was great, and they carefully set up the extra bed. Reception always greeted us with a smile when we returned from outings. Christmas breakfast had a lovely spread; on day two, the desserts could have been a little better. Restaurant service was good overall. At checkout, Mr.Prakash, the unit manager, was humble and polite, which made us want to book here again. The whole family enjoyed the stay, and it gave us a special feeling and met our expectations compared with other properties at the same level in Velankanni.
