Muraleedharan and his wife made us feel at home with their genuine care and hospitality. They even arranged extra accommodation for our group, and every detail felt well looked after. The food was delicious and authentic, too. Peria Heights was a highlight of our trip. It’s perched on a hill in Wayanad, with wonderful views over the tea estates. The location and the hosts’ kindness made it a peaceful hilltop stay, and I’d happily recommend it.

From this beautiful spot on the higher range, watching the sunrise and sunset is a real treat. The hospitality and food were wonderful, and we had a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely recommend Periaheights to my friends. Thanks to the team.

Periaheights is lovely, perched at the top of a hill with beautiful views all around. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was delicious and freshly made. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and made sure we felt at home. It was a peaceful, memorable stay, and I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The hosts and staff were warm, kind, and respectful of our boundaries, so I felt safe and at ease. The food was wonderful, and I ate so much fish. The photos really don’t do the place justice. It felt like a little piece of heaven, and I’ll definitely come back. If you can, visit. Your soul or spirit will thank you. I came for peace and quiet. I work as a therapist in Blore, and my ears and soul needed a break. I woke with the sun each day, watched the sunrise and sunset, then saw the sky change colour as dusk turned to night and fog rolled in. This would suit a quiet hermit crab like me, or someone neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD, who feels wired, overstimulated, and exhausted. Artists and other creatives looking for inspiration might like it too. There are views, bugs, butterflies, and plenty to learn about nature. My spouse took lots of cute photos. We also spent quite a while birdwatching a chonki kingfisher. If travel makes you anxious or overwhelmed, you can come here and just chill, do nothing, and be. It’s also a good place to unplug from apps, social media, city chaos, and the fast pace of life. I kept thinking of friends who love photography because of the views. It’s such a serene space for an in-person getaway, meet-up, or workshop. There are things to do as well. We visited irupu falls and Wayanad wildlife sanctuary- tholpetty.
