Sterling Vythiri Wayanad

There's a well maintained pool and other activities at the resort, and the staff were courteous and professional. Everything was looked after well. The food could use some improvement, since there weren't many options to choose from. The setting is just as described, in nature's lap: rooms beside the kabini river, with birds and jungle all around. A great spot to relax away from the city crowd.

The rooms were roomy, though there was a slight damp smell, probably because most of the furnishings are wood. Watch out for leeches in the rainy season. The location is near the main road, which makes it easy to get any necessary items. The food was amazing, with a nice range of choices. Front desk staff and the manager were polite and helpful, and the pool, outdoor badminton court, cycles, and other in-house facilities were well kept. A very comfortable stay.

The food could be better in flavor and presentation, though Resort Manager Mr Shine arranged a scrumptious local cuisine meal for us. Service otherwise was excellent, and special thanks to *Mr. Anthakrishnan from the front office*, who looked after us senior citizens with real warmth and attention. In a beautiful forest setting, the resort is peaceful and scenic. Rooms were cozy, comfortable, and well maintained, while the simple landscape has lovely gardens and nature trails for walks. A wonderful place to unwind, with caring hospitality. Recommended for families and seniors.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially liked the good breakfast at Sterling Vythiri Resort. The quiet, green surroundings make it a nice place to unwind and enjoy nature.
