The rooms were awful, and the remote location is a serious problem. It’s a steep drop down from the road, and cars can’t get down. I wouldn’t consider it safe for women, children, or older people, especially with so many snakes around. Tourists have faced a lot of problems there. There’s no mobile signal, and if something goes wrong, there may be no one around to help. The owner takes no responsibility, provides no service, and still collects your money. On top of that, the owner is very stubborn and uses abusive language with customers.

The property is close to the main road and felt like good value for the money. We had a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony to use. The owner, Mr. Yousuf, is a very nice person, and we had an awesome stay.

We went as a family and really enjoyed our time at Wayanad Zavon. It was clean and comfortable, and the price was affordable. The apartment had a spacious bedroom, a nice bathroom, a hall, and a kitchen. It was a fantastic experience, thank you!

We found the stay satisfactory for the budget. Tea and coffee weren’t available there, so we had to go into the city, about 2 km away, for those and for food. It makes sense to eat while you’re already in town instead of going back and forth. Parking was another concern: the on-site option is very steep, or you can leave the car on the road, where there’s CCTV coverage. Even with those limitations, we had a pleasant stay.

With the forest setting and shorter distances to nearby attractions than at other resorts, Zavon is convenient for exploring. The rooms have a pleasant view, nice for having coffee outdoors, and there’s a tidy kitchen for making delicious meals. It also works well for families, with excellent service from responsible staff who look after customer satisfaction.
