Hotel Benzz Park Vellore

The staff were polite and friendly, understood what we needed, and acted on it. We arrived a little late on a Sunday morning, but the service was still commendable. The ambience was really nice, the washrooms were very clean, and the cost was reasonable. Thanks, and best wishes.

Breakfast was great, especially Chef sakthi's dosa with tomato chutney. It felt like home. Ms Abreen was especially quick, and Kavitha, Nokshi, and Subash were also pleasant and fast, refilling food as it ran out and clearing the plates and cutlery. Great food and service.

We held a family function at Benz Park, Vellore. We had planned for 250 people, but the turnout unexpectedly reached 500. Even under that pressure, the team coordinated everything smoothly and stayed professional and gracious. Our guests were impressed, and the food was exceptional. Many thanks to GM Mr. Jayaraman, Abreen (Banquet Coordinator), David, Lingesh, and Jeeva. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Benz Park for a special occasion.

We went to Vellore Hospital and stayed at the Benzz Park Hotel. When I had to change hospitals, General Manager Joram arranged the whole trip, including the hospital and transport, and kept checking in on me. He's professional, helpful, and reserved. I'm grateful to him and his very kind, professional team, who made us feel at home. The doormen welcomed us warmly, and the reception staff were excellent, especially DM. Mme. Manasa. General Manager Sir Jayaram and his team greeted us with kindness and smiles every day. The rooms were large, comfortable, and very clean. South Indian food at the restaurant was delicious, thanks to the chefs, and the waiters and waitresses gave superb service, including Captain Kavita. Thank you all so much. We can't wait to return and will miss you, especially Suresh, Subash, suman, Rupesh, Wilson, Sakthi, yangli, nokshi, subashini, lingesh, Sony, Shalini, Zubair, yuvraj, and Pradeep.
