The views from the bedrooms are lovely, but the stay was let down by poor management. We spent four nights here, and my wheelchair-using mother couldn’t reach the other floors because the villa’s supposed elevator wasn’t working. The place isn’t suitable for guests who need accessible facilities. Cleanliness was badly handled. The bathroom mats weren’t replaced during our stay, and the rooms only got a proper cleaning after I sent a photo showing how dirty they were. Breakfast was made fresh and was okay, though service was very slow. The staff seemed overworked and unhappy, and the management team’s hospitality was below par. The WhatsApp team also said restaurant bookings weren’t available, but we found the same reservations on EasyDiner. There’s a lot of potential here, but the property is poorly managed.
