Gaurav was great and helped with whatever I needed. The kids had such a good time that my daughter didn't want to go home. The rooms had all the comforts of home, and what we found matched the description and photos. The facilities were awesome.
At 11587 spacious studios, losing your room key could leave you stranded outside. They offered no alternative, so you'd have to deal with it yourself or pay extra for a spare. Rooms are cleaned only once a week, and no drinking water is provided. There’s no mobile signal for any company, and the manager and owners aren't available in an emergency. I strongly suggest avoiding this homestay.
Parking is good, but the stay wasn't worth what I paid. The service and everything inside were average. Power cuts happened repeatedly, the air conditioner didn't work properly, and the kitchen utensils were only average.
The rooms are great and the service was good. There's no reception in the rooms, though, so Wi-Fi would help. More utensils and some door mats would be useful too.
In the off season, I found a good stay for 800. In season, it's 1200-1500, which still seems reasonable. Book a room on the first floor. I took off one star because finding the place was confusing: when we arrived, I couldn't find a hotel under this name, only OYO Homes under another name. I'd been searching for 15 minutes before I went in, and then learned the name had changed six months earlier.
