The family stay was uncomfortable from the start. The receptionist stared strangely at the women in our family, and staff kept calling our room phone and irritating us. People from room service repeatedly asked for ₹100 tips whenever they cleaned. There were also too many people drinking around the property, so it didn't feel family-friendly. Our OYO booking was refused, with staff saying they couldn't give us a room at that price. They charged an extra ₹1,000 for checking in two hours early, then made us buy our own drinking water. There were no complimentary items either. The room and bathroom weren't clean, and the blankets were stained. We got no hot water, and the power often went out.

After a 400 km trip to the property, I arrived with a confirmed booking that I had already paid for, but the staff refused to give me the room. They wanted more money than we had agreed. When I asked what had happened or requested a refund, they were rude and dismissive, telling me I could complain to anyone. The whole thing caused financial loss and a lot of distress and inconvenience after such a long journey. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

A complete waste of money. I'd booked a room, but when I arrived they said everything was full and told me I wouldn't get my money back. What a waste.

They charged me extra, and OYO customer service didn't sort it out. They said they'd resolve the issue, but in the end nothing changed.

We used to book this hotel every time, but our recent stay put us off. Since we were getting a discount through OYO, they pressured us to pay them directly. The bedsheets were unhygienic and covered in hair. They changed them after we complained, but the AC still didn't work properly. We won't book here again. You pay expecting a decent room, so I'd avoid this place.
