Our checkout was the worst part of the stay. We'd checked out and left our luggage at reception. When we came back for it with the children, we urgently asked to use a restroom, but staff refused and didn't respond properly. It felt inhumane. During the stay, the TV didn't work at first, and we had to call staff to get it set up. There was no restaurant, and after evening hours we couldn't get even milk, coffee, or tea until 10 PM. The restroom was locked, and it took more than an hour for staff to open it. They weren't polite during that wait either. There was no wifi, and no towels were provided in the room. I didn't ask again because I was already extremely frustrated with the whole experience.

Right now, the room and service are really good compared with other nearby hotels. This is one of the best in the area. Management, please keep the service this way! My only suggestion is to make the TVs smart. We'd rather watch YouTube than city cable. 🥹😂

The rooms were clean, and the staff were cooperative whenever we needed help. We found and booked the hotel online, though the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect during our stay. Service was good overall, but there's room for improvement.

We had a good stay, and parking was ample. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Just be aware there's no lift from the parking area.

The bathroom water wasn't draining, which needs attention. Apart from that, the rooms were clean, everything was nice, and the place was well maintained. Service was good, the staff were decent, and it was great value.
