The hotel is close to all the popular places. They provided a fridge, but it wasn’t useful for cooling water or drinks. The bathrooms are rusty, and the tea cups weren’t replaced. They were rinsed in the bathroom and put back on the tray.

The lunch spread at Minerva Grand is a total flex and absolutely worth it. Everything tasted fresh, and the quality was peak. The food is iconic, honestly top-tier. The vibe is highkey sophisticated and perfect for the gram. Service was super fast, with staff always on point. Definitely a 5-star experience for a real foodie!

At about 2:30 PM, still lunchtime, we were told there was no main course left. We had ordered starters first and planned to order the main course after, but manager Venky came over midway through our meal to say everything was finished, including items like biryani. What made it more frustrating was seeing them serve biryani to customers who arrived well after us. The staff were rude and unprofessional, speaking disrespectfully instead of helping or explaining properly. It was a very disappointing visit to Minerva Grand Hotel, with poor service and management. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves things.

We tried paneer manchuria, plain Dosa, rava Dosa, and masala Dosa, and they were really delicious. It's a good place for a family gathering or to hang out with friends and family.
